The 14-Day Study Test-Drive

We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to evaluate your physical flashcards. If they aren't the right fit, you can return them for a full refund of the purchase price.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original, resalable condition. This means no handwriting, highlighting, adhesive notes, or structural damage (bent corners/creases) to the cards or the box.
  • Completeness: The flashcard deck must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@plantidcards.com with your Order Number. Once your request is acknowledged:

  1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  2. Ship the items to: Plant ID Cards, 1230 SW 37th St #335, Redmond, OR 97756.
  3. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
